Babies Best Awards is seeking to highlight the most outstanding products and services of 2024. Entries must have been made available to consumers since January 1, 2024 or undergone updates since that time. 

Yes! Brands can submit up to 5 products or services per year.

Submissions are $250 for the first entry; each subsequent entry is an additional $100. An invoice will be sent to the contact provided and must be paid before submissions will be reviewed.

The deadline to submit is September 20, 2024. 

Non-returnable samples (1-2) must be sent to arrive no later than September 25, 2024. Judging will be completed by October 23, 2024, and winners will be announced on October 29, 2024.

Multiple winners can be selected per category if there is more than one exciting submission.

No, judges who have any affiliation or association with a brand submitting products are not eligible to evaluate or judge products in the same categories as those brands. Our awards program upholds a strict policy to ensure fairness, impartiality, and transparency in the judging process. 

We accept all major credit cards.

• A 1-3 sentence blurb from the judges describing why your product or service was selected - this can be used for external marketing at no additional charge. 
• Inclusion in the 2024 Babies Best Awards press release, including backlinks, which will go out on October 29, 2024 at 8 a.m. ET.
• Social shares from @BabiesBestAwards and expert judges.
• Inclusion in a 2024 winners loop giveaway hosted by @babiesbestawards.
• Access to the Babies Best Awards 2024 seal - for use on marketing materials for an additional fee.
• The option to purchase a Babies Best Awards trophy or plaque for use at industry trade shows and at offices.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a product for consideration in Babies Best Awards (hereinafter referred to as "the Program"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Submission Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from submitting a product to the Program.

2. Eligibility

2.1. To be eligible for submission, the product must meet the eligibility criteria specified in the Program's guidelines, including product category, release date, compliance with safety standards, availability, and any other criteria as deemed necessary by the Program organizers.

2.2. Submissions can be made by manufacturers, brands, retailers, industry experts, or individuals who meet the Program's eligibility requirements.

3. Submission Process

3.1. All product submissions must be completed through the official submission portal or method specified by the Program organizers. Incomplete or improperly submitted entries may not be considered.

3.2. Submission deadlines must be adhered to, as outlined in the Program's guidelines. Late submissions may not be accepted.

4. Entry Fees

4.1. The Program requires the payment of an entry fee for each product submitted before judging can begin. 

5. Accuracy of Information

5.1. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when submitting a product, including product details, descriptions, images, and supporting documents.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. By submitting a product to the Program, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, including intellectual property rights, to submit the product for consideration.

6.2. The Program may use submitted materials, including product descriptions, images, and related content, for promotional and informational purposes related to the Program.

7. Selection and Judging

7.1. The selection and judging process will be conducted according to the Program's rules and guidelines. Decisions of the judging panel are final and binding.

8. Awards and Recognition

8.1. Recognition and awards will be granted to products based on their performance and evaluation according to the Program's criteria.

9. Disqualification

9.1. The Program organizers reserve the right to disqualify any product that does not meet the eligibility criteria, violates these Terms, or engages in any form of fraudulent or unethical behavior.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1. The Program organizers may revise these Terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
